New to Pilates Unleashed?

All new students begin with Level 1 classes. This ensures you learn the foundations safely and confidently. Once you’ve attended a few sessions, your instructor will guide you into Level 1.5 or Level 2 classes when you’re ready.

Level 1
(Foundations)

Perfect for beginners and new clients. Focus on posture, breath, and safe movement.

Level 1.5 (Intermediate)

Builds on Level 1 with more variety and challenge. By instructor approval after completing Level 1.

Level 2 (Advanced)

Stronger sequences and integrated flows. For experienced students continuing from Level 1.5.

Trayopi™ Classes

Our signature blend of Pilates precision + Yoga mindfulness. Available in Level 2 for students who have completed beginner levels.
