Pilates Teacher Training at Pilates Unleashed

Our 270-hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training blends the classical method with modern science-based healing therapies, giving you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach Pilates as a movement practice for strength, mobility, and well-being.

Graduates leave this program with:

  • A solid foundation in anatomy and biomechanics.

  • Confidence in teaching Mat and Reformer (Levels 1 & 2).

  • Tools to build a career — from creating safe, effective classes to growing your own wellness business.

A 4-Month Intensive | January – April

  • Every other Sunday (In-Person) · 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Tuesday Evenings (Virtual) · 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Thursday Evenings (In-Person Practice) · 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Pre-Anatomy Weekend (December)

What You’ll Learn

  • Comprehensive Mat & Reformer Training (Levels 1 & 2)

  • Core Functional Anatomy + Postural Analysis & Assessments

  • 185+ exercises with modifications for different body types & pathologies

  • Use of props and equipment: barrels, bands, rings, rollers

  • How to design effective private and group workouts

  • Verbal, visual, and tactile cueing skills

  • Mentorship, practice teaching, and exam prep

Certification Requirements

To graduate, students must complete a total of 270 hours, which includes:

  • 20 hours Functional Anatomy

  • 95 hours Instruction & Supervised Teaching

  • 70 hours Physical Review

  • 40 hours Practice Teaching

  • 20 hours Observation

  • 15-hour Apprenticeship with Heidy or Cheryl

  • 10 hours Pre-Anatomy Training
